REBECCA SAINDON, is a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist, Licensed Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and Corrective Exercise Fitness Trainer in Nashville with over 25 years experience.
Rebecca was a pioneer for therapists who now combine clinical massage techniques with exercise and her
practice is ever evolving.
She is Nationally Board Certified and is Certified by both the Paul St. John Method of Neuromuscular Therapy and the International Academy of Neuromuscular
Therapies (American NMT)
. She holds an Advanced certification in TMJ Dysfunction
from the Institute for Temporomandibular Studies and a BFA from the University of Tennessee. A founding member of the

ANGIE GRAY is
a Nationally Board Certified massage therapist. She began her massage career in 2010 graduating from the National Holistic Institute (NHI) in Studio
City, California, and continuing at NHI in 2011, completing her certification as a Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and
Health Educator. Angie is certified in John Barnes' Myofascial Release Techniques. This highly effective method uses
a more gentle approach of long sustained pressure holds to release restrictions in the fascial web from superficial to deep.
She incorporates her NASM Certification as a Corrective Exercise Specialist to provide Posture Corrective exercises which
enhance her hands on work.Angie is also certified as a Cancer Exercise Specialist through the Cancer Exercise Training
Angie works with all populations including those with more fragile conditions. She completed her certification
for Massage for People Living with Cancer under Gayle MacDonald and has studied under Tina Allen with the Liddle Kidz
Foundation, becoming a Certified Pediatric Massage Therapist and Certified Infant Massage Teacher. She traveled to Harare,
Zimbabwe, and Shimoga, India, to teach pediatric and infant massage techniques to orphan caregivers, teachers, and parents.
Angie holds a Bachelor of Social Work Degree from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee. She is certified
with the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and is a member of the American Massage Therapy

TERESA MINK has been practicing
Massage Therapy in Nashville for 18 years. She graduated from the respected Institute of Therapeutic Massage and Movement,
Inc. in 1999.Soon thereafter, Teresa found her specific interests to be
in Deep Tissue and Sports Massage and pursued advanced training in these fields. She has worked with the Nashville Kats
and the Tennessee Titans.
NNC is very happy to offer Teresa’s amazing massage skills to our clients. Teresa
incorporates a firm Myofascial approach in her massage and is currently pursuing advanced training in Synergetic (R) MyoFascial Deep Tissue Strategies. She is the
founder of the Middle Tennessee State University Women’s Rugby Club,
a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP), and
the very proud mom of a 16 year old son.
