 REBECCA SAINDON, is a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist, Licensed Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and Certified Corrective Exercise Fitness Trainer in Nashville with 20 years experience specializing in the integration of  clinical massage techniques with postural restoration.

She is Nationally Board Certified and is Certified by both the St. John Method of Neuromuscular Therapy and the International Academy of Neuromuscular Therapies. She holds an Advanced certification in TMJ Dysfunction from the Institute for Temporomandibular Studies and a BFA from the University of Tennessee.

Her studies with Paul St. John include the Neuromuscular Components of Scoliosis, and Advanced Cervical Stabilization. Also Certified in Advanced Medical Massage & Assessment Skills for Low Back & Neck pain and Spinal Reflex Analysis, Rebecca is a perpetual student of functional anatomy,  holistic treatment skills, and the Neuro Sciences.

In the field of corrective exercise, Rebecca has studied with Paul Chek and Stuart McGill, completed training in ForceCouple Relationships, Scientific Core Conditioning & Back Stabilization, and is a CHEK-certified Golf Biomechanic. Her approach to Posture Fitness incorporates techniques from Paul Chek, Stuart McGill, Pete Egoscue,  Moshe Feldenkrais, & Joseph Pilates among others.

 Rebecca enjoys conducting presentations in the Nashville area focusing on body awareness and posture as it relates to pain and wellness. She is recognized for her outstanding performance in teaching Tennessee Educators during the Tennessee Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance, and in her presentations to the St. Thomas Hospital Wellness Services. She excels in turning the serious topic of anatomy and biomechanics into a less-daunting, much lighter, "Oh, now I get it!" epiphany for her audience. Rebecca's ongoing passion is to help people realize that they have control over their bodies in the same way they have control over their external environments. Rebecca has a keen professional interest and a personal passion for her subject.

She has studied with Tom Myers, James Waslaski, Erik Dalton, Ben Benjamin, Aaron Mattes, and utilizes the techniques of many more of the massage and rehabilitation industry's top professionals, integrating them into her results-based, multidisciplinary approach to pain relief and postural restoration at the Nashville Neuromuscular Center.

FRAN CEGELKA is the former owner/director  of the Institute for Therapeutic Massage and Movement, one of Nashville's premier massage schools. He currently remains a senior instructor at the Mind Body Institute.                                                                                      


A highly sought-after teacher of Anatomy for Yoga at many of the local Yoga studios and Teacher Certification Trainings, Fran has practiced and taught anatomy and physiology and massage therapy in Florida and Tennessee since 1991. He is very skilled in neuromuscular massage therapy, myofascial release, structural integration, human anatomy, yoga and assisted stretching techniques.

Fran is a wealth of knowledge and experience, a great educator and therapist quite effective in relieving pain and restoring posture. His Neuromuscular education was through the International Academy of Neuromuscular Therapies at the NMT Center and his myofascial techniques are grounded in his work with Tom Myers. BETHANN EASTERLY is a certified practitioner of Hendrickson Method of  Orthopedic Massage who studied with Tom Hendrickson in Berkeley, CA  from 1998-2000.

She began studying massage in 1994 when she graduated from the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, CA. She holds a  Bachelor's Degree in French from Washington University in St. Louis and  a culinary degree from Santa Cruz Community College in Santa Cruz, CA.
 
Bethann is an avid student  of bodywork, holistic health, and nutrition. She is currently studying with Paul St. John and will soon be Certified in the most up-to-date work of Posturology and Integrative NeuroSomatics. St. John-trained therapists are arguably the most sought after in this country due to the thoroughness and quality of their education.  Bethann passionately explores these advanced modalities and seeks to expand her knowledge on a daily basis. She incorporates a range of proven orthopedic techniques including  neuromuscular, myofascial, and joint mobilization in her work at the Nashville Neuromuscular Center.

 A certified Sivananda Yoga Teacher, Bethann has studied many forms of yoga since she started practicing in 1991. She is a member of the Associated Bodywork Massage Professionals and has worked as a teacher's assistant for bodywork classes at the  National Holistic Institute, in chiropractic offices, and as a member  of the Performance Plus Sports Massage Team of Northern California.

MICHELE BAIER-LAMBERT began an internship with the Nashville Neuromuscular Center. Michele graduated from the Humanities Center School of Massage in Pinellas Park, Florida. She has been practicing massage therapy for over 16 years, and continues to educate herself in Advanced Clinical Bodywork methods. These include the Neuromuscular Therapy methods of Paul St. John Method and Doug Nelson, the Myofascial techniques of Dennis Gibbons and Tom Myers, Ben Benjamin's Advanced Medical Massage for low back and neck pain, and Repetitive Use Injury Therapy with Michael Young.

Michele applies these and other techniques in her very successful approach to pain relief. Her skilled use of Applied Kinesiology assists her in assessments.

Michele enjoys an active lifestyle of walking, cycling, hiking, dancing, and yoga. These activities initially peaked her curiosity to learn more
about bodywork. Michele is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.

LISA BROWN moved to Nashville in 2007 from California where her specialty in Hollywood and Beverly Hills was rehabilitation from accidents and injuries. Skilled in a variety of massage modalities - Myofacial Release, Sports, Deep Tissue, Prenatal and Post-partum - Lisa understands that the best massage in the world may only be a temporary fix for the muscular and structural imbalances that are the actual root causes of so much discomfort. As both a Licensed Massage Therapist and an active Pilates instructor - certified in both Mat and Apparatus - Lisa can help address alignment, repetitive, or postural challenges through customized work out plans that address specific client needs.
 
After graduating from the Touch Therapy Institute in Encino, CA, in 1999, Lisa spent many years working with Dr. Steven Tan at the office of East West Integrative Medicine in Beverly Hills, UCLA Medical Center (where she also performed Doula services), and Liddy Health Works of West Hollywood where she specialized in integrative approaches to pain-relief and overall wellness through partnerships with Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, MDs, and Acupuncturist to achieve breakthrough results.
 
Contributing to her client’s progress is a great source of joy in her professional life. Lisa says, "Nothing is more exciting than the point at which it dawns on a client that they are achieving results from their treatment plan."

KEITH McCORD joined the Nashville Neuromuscular Center for in 1997. Keith is a Licensed Massage Therapist and  Certified Neuromuscular Therapist who studied both the St. John Method and Timberlake Neuromuscular Techniques. He combines his soft-tissue neuromuscular massage therapy with joint mobilization techniques and exercise/stretching to alleviate soft tissue pain and facilitate the rehabilitation process resulting from injury and/or postural dysfunction. He has studied with and also utilizes the Myofascial Release Techniques of Tom Myers and Dennis Gibbons.

 As a  Certified PILATES Mat instructor, Keith  emphasizes the importance of core strength and corrective exercise. He is a CHEK CERTIFIED exercise coach and Level 1 CHEK Practitioner. Keith continually studies to learn the most advanced orthopedic techniques from leaders in the field.

Keith has taught Neuromuscular Therapy in Nashville area massage schools. He  worked in a variety of clinical settings, including physical therapy and chiropractic offices for over 10 years. He is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and is fluent in the Spanish language. Keith is currently on extended hiatus pursuing a Physicians Assistant Degree.
